DQBM Kicks Off Spring with First Mini-Symposium of 2025
The Department of Quantitative Biomedicine launched its spring 2025 activities with a vibrant mini-symposium on March 6 at Irchel Campus. The newly affiliated Boyman group introduced their clinical immunology research to the department, while Deepak Tanwar, DQBM’s new bioinformatics specialist, outlined the training opportunities and support he offers. In a collaborative spirit, members of all research groups engaged in breakout sessions to brainstorm cross-lab master thesis projects, fostering stronger connections within the department. The afternoon concluded with a lively Apero at the Lichthof, rounding off the event with conversation and community.
