My name is Tamaz, I am a PhD candidate in medical image analysis under Prof. Dr. Bjoern Menze and Dr. Stefan Zachow with a background in computer science. My main research interest lies in creation of data-driven, deep-learning based shape priors with application to ill-posed problems in medical imaging domain, such as shape reconstruction and segmentation. Furthermore, I am also interested in studying emerging latent shape representations, for example for shape classification.
